NGASA NGASA is a multicultural project founded by drummer Matteo Nocera, which mixes in a contemporary way the folk rhythms and melodies of southern Italy and the western Mediterranean with other influences, such as afrobeat, funk and modal jazz-rock. Their music mixes elements of funk, disco and electronics, while integrating the tradition of Neapolitan jazz-rock and southern Italian folk.
